Magnetic Cross Belt Separators provide continuous removal of tramp iron from conveyed material. As the powerful, deep-penetrating magnetic field pulls ferrous contaminants up and out of the product flow, the cleated belt sweeps the attracted material away from the magnet face and into a collection bin. You get continuous self-cleaning action.
Magnetic Cross Belt Separators can be mounted perpendicular to the material flow or over the head pulley parallel to the material flow.
